Prior to joining Wilson Vukelich, Robert spent twelve years
practicing Tax in the Toronto/Bay Street area.
Robert practices tax law with a focus on
entrepreneurial business owners, corporate reorganizations,
trusts, and estate planning. He also has significant experience
with cross-border taxation issues, taxation of real estate,
purchase and sale of businesses, dispute resolutions and
voluntary disclosures.
Robert's practice also encompasses all aspects
of transactions for small to medium-sized businesses including
income and commodity taxes (GST and PST), financing, dispute
resolutions and voluntary disclosure.
Prior to practising law, he was a tax manager
of the international tax group of a major public accounting
firm.
Robert is a member of the Canadian Tax Foundation
and author of numerous tax articles on taxation affecting
owner-manager businesses, real estate, cross-border taxation
and estate planning. He is also a regular speaker on topical
tax issues for a number of seminars and professional conferences
in Canada and the US. |
