Jordan Dolgin is a Partner and Chair of Wilson Vukelich LLP’s Corporate Commercial Group.
His practice focuses on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, corporate reorganizations and technology-related commercial matters. He acts for many early-stage and well-established private and public enterprises across various industries and throughout all stages of the business life cycle. He also advises on commercial technology matters such as website and software development, software licensing and distribution, Internet and e-commerce transactions and technology joint ventures.
As a transactions lawyer, Jordan is well known for his responsive, practical, detailed and “get it done” approach. His practice style emphasizes regular client communications, overall availability and project management.
