Prior to joining Wilson Vukelich LLP, Jeff was a partner
at two Bay Street firms, including a Toronto-based national
firm where he headed up the Banking and Restructuring Department
for four and a half years.
Jeff practices corporate/commercial, corporate finance, lending, and banking law. He has acted for numerous entrepreneurial clients, advising them through their various stages of growth from startup to commercialization and sale. He has also acted for a variety of lenders, borrowers, and investors in numerous complex local and cross-border financing and M & A transactions.
Jeff obtained his BA from the University of
Toronto in 1984 and his LLB from Osgoode Hall Law School
in 1987.
Jeff currently sits on the board of directors of the
Chinese
Cultural Centre of Greater Toronto. He was a contributing writer to two books dealing with legal issues for corporate treasurers and is the co-author of a book on taking security over intellectual property assets. |
