Ivka is an associate at Wilson Vukelich LLP and practises financial services and commercial real estate law. Prior to joining the firm, Ivka worked at two major Toronto law firms. She has represented financial institutions, limited partnerships, developers, investors and corporate lenders and borrowers. Ivka continues to provide legal advice on many issues, including banking and secured lending as well as acquisition, sale, financing and leasing of commercial, office, industrial, retail and multi-residential properties.
