Drawing from more than 25 years of banking and corporate finance experience, George takes a pragmatic, solutions-oriented approach to legal issues. He has successfully negotiated and documented numerous domestic loan and security agreements, international finance, project and acquisition financings and securitizations. With his comprehensive business background George also advises on corporate debt, leasing, mezzanine and equity financings, and commercial real estate matters as well as restructuring, divestiture and insolvency.
George has lectured extensively to members of the banking and financial community and sits on a number of advisory boards. |
