Enzo's expertise spans a broad range real estate related
areas, including commercial/industrial real estate and leasing,
lending, restructuring and mortgage enforcement. He has
comprehensive experience acquiring, disposing of and financing
commercial real estate, including office, industrial and
mixed use buildings, shopping centres, residential rental
complexes and retirement homes. Enzo also has extensive
expertise acting for landlords and tenants in the preparation
and negotiation of commercial leases throughout Ontario
and Canada.
Enzo was previously a partner in the Real
Estate and Financial Services Group of a Toronto-based national
law firm, where he practiced for over six years. Immediately
prior to joining Wilson Vukelich LLP, Enzo acted as a consultant
to Merrill Lynch Canada and its Canadian conduit lending
and securitization program.
Enzo attended St. Michael's College, University
of Toronto receiving an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree
in 1992. After completing a Master of Arts degree at the
University of Toronto School of Graduate Studies 1993, he
received a Bachelor of Laws from Osgoode Hall Law School
in 1996. He was called to the Ontario Bar in 1998. |
