A history undergraduate and law graduate of the University
of Toronto, Doug helped to found Wilson Vukelich in 1990
after practicing with two major Toronto law firms.
He brings over 30 years of banking, insolvency, commercial, employment law, and tax law experience to the firm, and specializes in civil litigation. Doug practices as senior counsel on business, insurance, employment, insolvency, tax and financial services litigation, mediation, and arbitration. He has conducted trials and appeals at all levels of court in Ontario.
