Daniel specializes in employment and labour law, shareholder
disputes, and related commercial litigation.
His practise involves counseling and representing
clients on all labour and employment law matters, including
human rights and occupational health and safety matters,
privacy compliance, fiduciary and shareholders' disputes,
contract disputes and construction liens on a day-to-day
basis as well as at hearings, motions, trials and injunctions
before all levels of court as well as administrative tribunals,
arbitrations and mediations. Daniel also has significant
experience in drafting employment agreements, workplace
policies, advising on business acquisitions and closures
negotiating collective agreements and conducting training
seminars.
Daniel was an adjunct professor at George
Brown College for three years. He is also an active member of the Labour, Civil
Litigation, and Construction Law Sections of the Canadian
Bar Association (Ontario). Daniel speaks extensively
on legal issues and frequently writes on legal topics for various publications. |
