Andy has practiced in the financial services industry for
more than 20 years. He began his career in this industry
by working with a major Canadian chartered bank as a relationship
manager for 3 1/2 years. He then joined a Bay Street firm
in 1989 where he capitalized on his banking experience and
established a practice in the financial services field.
Andy's practice involves the structuring,
documentation and negotiation of lending transactions, receivable
monetizations, project financings and other specialized
financing transactions. He has developed a particular expertise
in the field of asset/equipment finance and leasing and
is an active member of the Canadian
Finance & Leasing Association. He also regularly
drafts and negotiates contracts relating to various services
provided by the energy management industry in Canada as
well as financing documentation related thereto.
Andy is currently counsel for Epilepsy
Toronto, an organization with which he has been involved
for 15 years, and the Canadian
Epilepsy Alliance, an organization for which he was
the founding President. |
